Rubber baseball, also known as soft baseball or nanshiki baseball (軟式野球) in Japan, is a variant of baseball played with a softer, rubber-coated ball. Sharing many of the same rules and gameplay elements as traditional baseball, rubber baseball provides a safe, inexpensive, and beginner-friendly way of playing baseball. Michigan Rubber Baseball Club is dedicated to creating a vibrant and fun environment where the UM community can enjoy rubber baseball. Students will have the opportunity to play and practice rubber baseball while building friendships, teamwork, and community. We welcome students of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced baseball players.

Once a week, we practice at the Mitchell Field or a batting cage.
We want to throw gas
We go to a batting cage near Ann Arbor to practice batting.
We aim to lift big so we can throw hard and hit tanks.
We want you to join us! No prior experience of baseball is needed. All we look for is passion!
